Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy applies to purchases made via Zoomly (“we”, “us”, “our”).
This policy applies to customers located in the United States only.


Returns

We accept returns within 60 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

All returns must be requested before sending an item back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.


Return shipping costs

At this time, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not currently offer free return shipping labels.

Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.


Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Digital products
  • Items damaged due to misuse, incorrect setup, or normal wear and tear

Damaged, defective, or missing items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@zoomly.us and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

If approved, we will provide an appropriate solution.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please request a return and place a new order once your return is approved.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days

Partial refunds

Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • The item is returned with missing accessories or parts
  • The item shows signs of use
  • The item is returned damaged for reasons not related to transport

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, it must be returned in accordance with this policy.
